Diagnosis in the Comfort of Home

Polysomnogram or PSG has long been the standard of care in diagnosing Sleep Disordered Breathing and Sleep Apnea and remains so.  Although PSG's provide the most diagnostic data and the settings for CPAP they are expensive, provide only a single night of data and your sleep is often disturbed being out of your home.  Home Sleep Testing or HST's are done in the comfort of your home providing multiple night's of study and as AutoPap is rapidly becoming the standard of care so are HST's.
