Player Availability: Pro by 10am Thursday October 7^th  -  Amateur divisions by noon Friday.  Note: local draws may play Thursday.  10 minute forfeit rule in effect unless match conflict. 

Entry Deadline And Fees: Entries must be received by noon noon Saturday October 2nd.  Entry fee must be included with mailed entry forms.  Credit card info must accompany faxed and phone entries.  Visa, Discover and MC only. Entries received without payment will not be placed in the draw. Make checks payable to Wyoming Athletic Club.

Adult Amateurs - (for one or two events - two max) - $50.00

Note: Players may play three events as long as one of the events is Pro (Entry - $130)

Juniors (17 and under) (for one or two events- must be one Jr. event) - $20.00

Consolation by sign up – if court time allows - ref your own match

No Refunds possible after noon Monday October 4th.  

Starting Times: Wednesday October 6th after 5PM – Players are responsible for calling and getting their correct match times.  Late entries should call the WAC on Monday October 4th after 5PM in order to make certain their entry form and fees were received prior to the draw being done.

Rules: Pro – IRT / USRA rules apply to all other divisions / Ball – Penn Green.  One time out per game only. USRA dues collected at the tournament desk at check in and prior to first round match.

Entry Fee Includes: Awards, t-shirts and hospitality: dinner Friday; Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Sunday morning breakfast, Free beer, other beverages at snack bar.  

Media/  Sponsor/  Meet the Players Night: Thursday evening, sponsor/media night, there will be an opportunity to meet and play the Pros in a relaxed non-tournament environment.  All tournament players, especially local players, club members, sponsors, and members of the media are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Donations are appreciated and go towards a free juniors clinic Saturday October 9^th – time to be determined.

Referee Duties: Losers referee - although both winners and losers report to tournament desk after their matches as you may be asked to officiate if there is a match conflict.  Players receive tournament shirt upon completion of refereeing duties and completion of evaluation form.

• Tournament limited to the First 170 players due to available court time.
• A Players Bible will be given to you at check in with maps to the YMCA, shuttle information and any guidelines that may make your weekend with us better.
• Please hand write any suggestions as to how we may make this a better event and drop off at the Tournament  desk  sometime during the weekend.
• Maximum divisions you can enter is two.
• Entry fee is the same for one division as it is for two - except Pro.
